I WANT YOUR MOO!

This is a story about a turkey, Toodles, who has low self-confidence. He thinks that his feathers, legs and especially the sound that he makes are “awful." Therefore, he goes around the farm asking other animals for their sounds. Some of the animals include, Cathy the Cow, Paris the Pig and Danny the Dog who refuse to share their sounds with Toodles. Even though he is disappointed and angry, Toodles continues his search for more animals who are willing to share their sounds with him until he meets his cousin, Ralph the Rooster, who shares half of his sound.

Feeling delighted, Toodles goes around the farm proclaiming his new sound. However, he has to return Ralph’s sound at the end of the day and feels sad again as he will have to stick to his “awful” sound. He meets Oprah the Owl who provides him with advice. At the end of the day, Toodles reluctantly returns the sound back to Ralph. Two chicks who are playing at the farm invite Toodles to join them, but he rejects their invitation. Then a hungry hawk swoops down in attempt to eat the chicks. Fortunately, Toodles comes to their rescue and scares the hawk with his own sound! Everyone in the farm cheers for Toodles, and he can finally appreciate his sound and is proud of himself.
